I recommend Pulley to all of my portfolio companies. It provides the fastest turnaround on the 409A valuation (< 5 days). Onboarding happens the next day, and support is always responsive.

??What stands out about Pulley from other cap table tools is the legal document generation. Pulley creates a signed document I can reference for my investments on all grants. ??A signed copy makes it easier for my accountants and lawyers during diligence.

Pulley makes is easy for investors and employees to see the latest company cap table.

I wish more companies used Pulley. More companies on the platform would make it easier for me to track my entire portfolio.

409A valuations - Most valuation firms automate the entire process. Pulley spend the time to understand the market and business for each of our portfolio companies to yield a fair and defensible report in less than five days.

Portofolio tracking - I receive real-time updates of the cap table from all of my portfolio companies.

Onboarding - Pulley took care of the onboarding process and I didn’t need to do anything. This was in contrast to my past experience of taking months to onboard a relatively simple cap table.

Export - Their download cap table feature is great. It's fast and makes it easy for me to share my cap table with investors. My lawyers have signed off on the cap table

Employee experience - Employees have found the experience of exercising options on Pulley straightforward. If they have any questions, I also know they will be taken care of through support.

Pricing is clear - I never knew what I was paying for with Carta. Their growth plan especially is all encompassing - includes board approvals, exercising options, 409A valuations.

A few questions popped up during onboarding. But they were generally fixed pretty quickly.

Pulley makes equity management straightforward. It's been really great having them alongside me as my company grows. They are my own 'cap table experts'. Very responsive. If you want clarity on your cap table, go with Pulley.

Their support really is first class. I can ask them any question, and they really do respond in real time almost immediately. No emails back and forth, redirection to pointless FAQs etc. Pulley’s legal team is amazing!

Pulley is not a transfer agent and could not support us at IPO today.

Cap table management and 409A valuations

I love their onboarding process - quick & seamless. They take the time to ensure you’ve got everything set up. The site is easy to navigate.

It would be nice if they had online tutorial videos walking you through how to do things.

Able to support us at each round of fundraising. They helped us with our 409a valuation. The ability to track my dilution as our company grows. Anytime I have a question the support team is very responsive.

I like the projected dilution calculator! The team is also amazing and super responsive.

Onboarding was a bit tough since this was my first time managing a cap table...ever, but Fil was very helpful! I don't think this is a flaw in the product and moreso just my initial lack of understanding on how to do everything.
