What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
ProProfs Project has helped me address problems related to task management, communication, and collaboration. As far as benefits are concerned, I can point out budget-friendly pricing and easy-to-understand interface.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Software helps to schedule everything. The tasks can be allocated to multiple teams easily. It is very beneficial to avoid the confusion.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be difficult to point out a problem. It’s just that at times, too many time alerts can sometimes lead to chaos in the teams which are not up to date. But nothing great!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The software can altogether become overwhelming, if integration with email becomes a reality!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Proprofs project helped me to save a lot of time. Earlier, I used to face a lot of mayhem as to who is handling what Now everything becomes streamlined. I am able to allocate keep a track of all tasks and subtasks.

The best of ProProfs Project is the way you use it. It is so easy to handle and very clear to use
What do you dislike?
If you want to use it with more people on one account, the program will stop working. you need more accounts.

PPP (Thats how we call it) is a nice program to keep track of things.

We are using Pro Profs Projects to track the status and the budget of our projects.
