What are the best aspects of this product?
It offers smooth integration with Outlook platform, we can easily teach other users on basic functions of the tool. The advanced functions are bit complicated but they are easy to learn and use. The tool is intuitive and its filtering functions are amazing and it allows us to operate mor eeffectively.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some screens are locked down for additional customization. When it came to switching data from our previous CRM solution it was easy thing to do.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows us to filter different criteria like dates, stage, status, state, zip code and revenue and this is highly important for targeting closure of sales. Its filter features are helpful for targeting marketing programs. Our sales department love this CRM software.

What are the best aspects of this product?
There are lot of things that I like about Prophet CRM, first of all its support and knowledge center, the layout of the website with its FAQs and easy access to on-line and support. Also, I like the attention to details with the integration of Outlook and workflow offers access to information, this is extremely great when dealing with clients and prospects. It is flexible and it grows along with my business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had some issue with the installation at the beginning. Also, there is no way to toggle between the contact, company and opportunity manager, it requires me to open separate windows between managers. Furthermore, I cannot share my custom views with others and they need to include this option so we can collaborate better with each other.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us with workflow, transparency and reporting. The integration with Outlook is exctremely useful and I can get access to the data on my iOS platform.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I’m amazed of this product’s customer support team, they are helpful and knowledgeable I get quick responses and friendly conversation with them. Having cloud-based CRM solution is huge relief. With this tool I can track correspondence which is extremely important, I can track down term, needs and experiences.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’d like to see options where I can merge customers.

It helps me to track correspondence with customers and relationship issues which is efficient for my business. This CRM manages all information which is great benefit for my business.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I tried other CRM tools over the years but I found Prophet easy to use to use and it makes great extension of Outlook. If you are using Outlook you won’t have any troubles and you won’t need any special trainings.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In the beginning the iPad version wasn’t good at all but now they have improved it and the mobile platform is simple, intuitive and easy to use. The truth is that I cannot use all desktop functionality but I still can do lot of other things through my mobile device.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use this tool for contact and opportunity management, it provides us with simple way to capture data that is efficient for our business. We can easily make modifications by changing, deleting and adding fields.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how it implements well with Microsoft Outlook, it offers new way to stay in contact with my clients. I can use product tracking and keep records so I can create monthly reports. I’m amazed of its tech support service they constantly work on the product’s improvement and they are open to new ideas and suggestions. You can find lot of videos and demos about the product, you can try some tipes and trick on how to use it better.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my opinion, the reporting is not simple to understand. It takes some practice create good looking reports and to implement some things.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps me to keep track of companies progress, I can build strong relationships with employees, I can record interactions with others.
