What do you like best?
Kyle Murphy is a fantastic guy. Super Nice, very knowledgable about the product.
What do you dislike?
The implementation is haphazard - at best. They were in the middle of purchasing another software and they did not have a clear roadmap on how to get my company implemented successfully. Then there were MLS integration issues, yet no one would respond to me on how to fix the issue. I am surprised at all the issues, given they are built on SalesForce. The support team was not friendly, nor were they quick to respond.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Personally, I found KVCore to be an easy integration. My website went live in less than one week. PropertyBase could never offer that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I didn't realize any benefit, as I never completed implementation. The problem I was trying to solve is creating a website/CRM/Dashboard for my boutique real estate brokerage.

Ideally, the platform is supposed to be very simple and easy to use.

It requires a large amount of set up and would only really be profitable for a larger organization.

It has virtually unlimited functionality. With a proper programmer you can set up any workflow task. There are so many options that at times the setup is confusing. Being able to access the software from virtually any platform is also a nice feature. Salesforce is the backend of this platform so you can add 3rd party modules to really tailor your implementation. Once set up you can really track and do any tasks you can think of.
What do you dislike?
The setup is an absolute nightmare. I have a degree in computer engineering and this software takes a few days to learn just how to set it up - let alone use it. There are so many options that unless you have done it before - you have to look everywhere for what you want/need to implement. If you have done this before or paid for a consultant to implement for you - then this area would not pertain.
Recommendations to others considering the product
It uses salesforce so it is almost too big for a Realtor and his team. There are much more streamlined and non-legacy apps/software out there that is also cheaper. This is excellent if you are either a SalesForce programmer or hire one.

We wanted to have a robust CRM mainly for our past clients. Setting up calendar reminders, tasks, advanced notices for ordering our deliverables - these were the main factors in signing up. Our old system was just about at capacity - using strictly google tools - this system took all the manual inputs and automated them very nicely.
Propertybase is built in the Salesforce platform which is the worldwide leader in CRM systems. Propertyware is very robust but has a steep learning curve.
