WRITE A REVIEWI thought I'd try out this company, but the features didn't match what I wanted. I sent them a brief message explaining this and ever since they have been sending regular pestering messages by email and phone.
What do you like best?
The app is the main plus, it is mobile friendly to actually complete forms
What do you dislike?
I think everything other than the app being used to complete forms is not user friendly, the desktop version needs work, and it is far more complicated than it should be to create a form. After years of attempting, I still can't get our company logo to work on the forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Training is the most important, both being trained on the back end as well as training to the team implementing/using the product.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use it for unit inspections for rental apartments. It is beneficial to be able to save pictures and inspections in a pdf version, which conveniently comes directly to my email when submitted.
What do you like best?
The product is excellent. The possibilities with the forms are endless.
What do you dislike?
Company seems disorganized. In my experience, they haven't had any sort of templates for documentation for general discovery for scoping out projects and service requests. Getting any sort of standards from them was difficult and time consuming. They were also unprepared and unfamiliar with EMM environments, but this seems to have improved. Support is difficult to work with.

Ability for employees to submit forms accurately from the field. This had made the process more accurate and allowed for employees to review historical data based on responses.
What do you like best?
The interface isn't bad. and the Support portal is alright.

The issues of having to figure most of the things out on my own.

Getting forms to multiple teams across the org and stored in a common place, integrated with dropbox/email etc..
What do you dislike?
It is not convenient in a few ways. The hierarchy is a bit hard to understand and easy to forget. Ways to customize logos arent the easiest to access. I have to create the same connection multiple times in different formspaces and cant use the same name.

understand what levels details are set at. groups, users, logos, formspaces etc..
