Attention, site Prestashop Addons pas sérieux! Ils vendent des thèmes pourris, inutilisables. Sous l'apparence de belles images, une fois le thème acheté rien ne fonctionne. Les labels de superhéros ou autres ne veulent rien dire. Visiblement aucun contrôle de la part de Prestashop de ce qui est vendu sur leur site. De plus, le service client est totalement incompetent et inefficace (on dirait des ordinateurs qui lisent des textes qu'on leur a donnés. Il y a la possibilité de remplir un formulaire, faire une réclamation et demander un remboursement (délai annoncé 3 jours ouvrables, sauf qu'après 4 jours ouvrables toujours aucune réponse. Et là, on appelle le service client qui vous répète: vous aurez une réponse dans 3 jours ouvrables. Ils nous prennent vraiment pour des idiots. C'est scandaleux ce qui se passe avec Prestashop. La vraie question à se poser: ne faut il pas au plus vite migrer sa boutique vers une autre plateforme e-commerce

Be carefull... The coder of a module bought at Presta Addon has accepted my request for a refound, becourse of a installationproblem with the module.Well... NOTHING from Prestashop. No refound. - No answer. Nothing at all.

I have bought a themes from Prestashop and before the purchase they were online always but when i bought a theme and needed their support to customize it, They just went lost, NO CHAT system, NOTHING. i REGRET that i have bought a theme from this fuckshop. DONT BUY A THEME FROM PRESTASHOP. A TOTAL MESS.

This theme is really messed up and they will not refund you! avoid! Prestashop should refund me because the theme is sold on their system!

We recently decided to make the switch to Prestashop for our ecommerce platforms, we have around a dozen sites. Things were going well with our new development, we bought a couple of great modules to bolt onto the first store we were putting together, things were going well, but then............we purchased a module for our product pages, it was not developed by Prestashop themselves, but was being sold by them on their addons marketplace. Turns out the module which was not insignificant in cost, didn't work as promised on the Prestashop addons web site.We sent a support request asking for a refund, but they just handed us off to the developer of the module, who was not interested at all in providing a refund, and wanted us to provide FTP access to our store so they could attempt to fix their code. We are not able to do this, as the site contains customer information, and providing access would put us in breach of data protection/PCI-DSS regulations.What a waste of time and money, think we are going to look a Magento now. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this platform, their poor support, and substandard third party developers.
