I dont like not having phone support. I’m not happy that my claims are not processing - again. And, lately I don't feel like I'm getting value for money. Im thinking about trying a different program.

Rubbish softwareIncredibly frustrating to use. Creating emails and forms to send to clients is incredibly difficult and not intuitive at all. So many sub categories forms/templates/notes none of which can be interchanged ect.Honestly save the frustration and use a decent software.

Power Diary ticks most boxes especially for those that do not particularly like to get too invested in technology. It is simple to use and simple to setup.The two major criticisms I have is that there is no mobile friendly app (come on guys its 2020) and I cannot setup reoccurring payments/I need to manually process payments. Other than that it is extremely intuitive and easy to use.

Power Diary is easy to use and soft on the eye.

Overall a very very good product, simple and easy user interface. No nasty surprises when it comes to billing, and generally intuitive all round. The option to now book in calls to customer support is great (previously was online only which wasn't my preference), and the only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because it lacks some basic features in notes section (e.g. formatting), and it needs more customisability when it comes to session packs/third-party funding tracking (which I have found easier in other software programs I have used in the past).Nov 2020 Update: - Been a buggy few weeks so have updated my rating. Seems to slow at least a few times a week for a few hours. Not sure if too many users, but they need to fix this as this is very annoying!
