What do you like best?
They have a reasonable price structure compared to others.
What do you dislike?
Terrible and slow tech support. Only answers one email (usually not actually of any value) in the middle of the night. Will literally take 3-4 weeks for a single integration. They will not even respond about a refund.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Only use if you don’t need support. The response of the integration team is worthless. Eventually they will stop responding. Very difficult to integrate. Overseas support.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None. I had to cancel because the integration team took over a month and it still doesn’t work.
lousy communicationsin response to the company's reply I would say that it is too late to send an email to support as I already sent numerous emails before posting the review and the support was useless. I have now scrapped the installation I bought and installed the open cart advanced affiliate extension that only cost me $39
I've used several affiliate programs on my site for over 15 years, and never had one I couldn't make work. Until Post Affiliate Pro. It still isn't working correctly--after SEVERAL support solutions. I'm uninstalling it today. The program is unnecessarily complex and the manual to install it is terrible--referring to pages that don't exist and giving out right wrong information. Stay away from this one!
