What do you like best?
I like the way it allows you to define specific triggers; If you have a decent idea of how users are moving through the site, these triggers make it easy to insert checks and interruptions along the path and confirm hypotheses. Eg. we can identify a scenario indicative of potential abandonment - eg. long idle time on search results - and offer alternate options like popular searches done recently. Then test for responses on the popup. Can similarly use it for cross-promotion across site. It's a quick and dirty way to get the basics of personalization in place if you're considering an expensive option like Target, and it works pretty ok with Drupal. Built-in stats are also decent, avoids the need for any complex integrations with current analytics. With a little forethought, you can actually be up and running in 24 hours with this.
What do you dislike?
The free version is almost unusable if you have a high-traffic site, since it considers all site views and not just views of the pages where it's triggered - so you might well finish your trial in a day before you even had a statistically significant volume on the specific pages you're deploying it. If you're starting usage on high-traffic pages, not so much.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Testing some key assumptions about what our users seek on our website. We have a somewhat complex, high-content site, but majority of traffic is mobile resulting in drop-offs as people get lost; we're using poptin as a guide to recommended user journeys and guiding people to appropriate content and CTAs. Core objective is to test for the business case of using personalization.
What do you like best?
The customer service is very responsive, prompt and helpful which makes it much easier to use the product. Has all of the features that other tools have for a lower price.
What do you dislike?
Still missing certain features such as resizing popus but was told this will be added shortly.

What do you like best?
Poptin assists you in creating more leads for your site, and assists in list structure for the future. The item features a great micro copy and it appears like much idea was taken into it to make sure it catches the essence of the group and the general online list building.
What do you dislike?
It would be fantastic to have more style templates, which something I understand their group is dealing with today. The only thing that will make me leave the software application just if they raise costs.

Its user interface is so simple and apparent and it likewise supplies insights into the best ways to more enhance the portion of conversions.
