What do you like best?
I liked they whitelabel features but it didn't work so we cancelled.
What do you dislike?
I found out they were still billing my card after months I cancelled and they don't want to process a refund. Seriously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay away from Plutio. Their support is terrible, they will keep billing your credit card after cancellation and offer no refunds.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I wanted a whitelabel client portal.
Worst project management softwaare. Do not use it. Onboarded dozens of clients and we're seeing so many bugs which ruins our trust with clients. It was a terrible experience working with them.Can't express how bad of an experience. Choose ANY other project management software!
What do you like best?
It was easy to get started, a lot of this was intuitive.
What do you dislike?
The lake of customer service and help form, pages, videos and all that.
No refunds for unsatisfied experiences. Perhaps if there were real people to talk with about our issues, we would not have been unhappy in the end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do let the trail fool you. It seems great but then once you upgrade it seems to fall apart, no one will help you at this point and the extra money you pay to remove the pluio and use your own branding, well, it didn't work for us. Like i said, no one will help you try to figure that out either.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None at this time. We thought it would help with streamlining our invoicing and proposals to clients but we could never get our premium whiteglove branding to work with out business gmail.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Building task is very easy and well laid out. You are able to easily streamline every project and break down the task for each person working on the project. I wouldn't use the time logging but it seemed to be a wonderful tool for those that would something like that.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No help ever with customer service. I got help once with an easy question but anything that require real aid, nothing. I don't think they actually have real people working to help their clients. There isn't a phone number and you might get an email but probable not. They offer a live messaging system but no one is ever available. We paid for whiteglove branding but the emails being sent still went to clients showing sent from plutio. when I tried to link my business gmail, it wouldn't allow us to. Very frustrating. this was a deal breaker. Oh, and if you pay for this service and find out later that there are no real people to help you, they won't issue you a refund. zip. not even a partial for the next 11 months you paid for but wont be using. total scam in my opinion.
