Catalyst helps motivate and encourage your sales team with real-time feedback, analytics, and performance scoring, thanks to integration with both your CRM and phone system. According to Playlyfe, they can integrate Catalyst with everything — any CRM, any phone system, any data source — so your management team won’t have to manually upload .CSVs or call logs in order to analyze performance.
What do you dislike?
Everything really runs smoothly. Sometimes , it does not keep reps motivated and improves transparency and accountability within sales teams.

You can integrate Catalyst with everything — any CRM, any phone system, any data source — so your management team won’t have to manually upload .CSVs or call logs in order to analyze performance.
What do you like best?
Simplicity and functionality are both best in class.Very intuitive and stimulating and the possibility to monitor results in a very quickly way.
What do you dislike?
I haven't found anything that I don't like as of yet.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Playlyfe collaborated with our organization and did a splending job converting our concept into a functionly and nicely designed online game. When the game played out initially, we understood certain features needed changing. Despite the differences in time, Playlyfe responded to our requests quickly for the changes to be made. In the end, players were able to enojoy the design, game graphics, and layout. The game was very polished, has a sleek look, and simple to navigate.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Only a few features of the game could've been made a little differently from the start. These may include some sort of a password-recovery functionality and a sign-in page that brings any player to the home page, as opposed to a second login page. Playlyfe agreed with changes that need to be made and promised to fix such features on our next game release.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our primary aim was to enhance transit ridership as well as new employee shuttle to three offices. Game steps were made to make employees "clean commuters" and getting them educated on the benefits of commuting that the county is providing. We got receptive feedback from employees who took part in the game. They felt the game was competitive and thoroughly enjoyed the teamwork involved. A majority of the employees enjoyed the game and some were even looking forward to take part in such future campaigns.
