What do you like best?
It's very easy to use, as a user you get invited to a board and aren't swamped with too many options. The story is presented and your team can vote with basic cards.
What do you dislike?
There isn't much to properly dislike, its minimal barriers of entry to use it make it accessible. But also feels very basic to use, which isn't always a plus.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our team can quickly be presented with stories, and can vote on them privately until everyone has voted and we can come to a common consensus on what a story should be rated.

I like that you can setup your sprint planning meeting beforehand and stack rank the stories and then once meeting time comes all you need is to go through as much of the list as possible.
There are a number of really good features around it as well with showing the amount of time on story, skipping, re-voting and averaging the values. It also keeps a record of your estimations so that you can enter them in your tool of choice later.
What do you dislike?
Though I think this is an ok problem it is not directly tied to your velocity or the tool that you use to track your stories. So this means that you have to do some level of manual setup but in general this is not a big deal.

I think the interface is quite nice. Puts a fun spin on what can be a pretty boring task, without going overboard and getting too goofy.
Also easily gets many team members on without any complicated login processes. Makes sprint planning faster and easier by allowing quick customization to stories, points, etc.

Nothing specific. I don't use a ton of features since I don't need them where I'm using the product.

Using PlanITpoker to do sprint planning for a couple agile teams. Easy to switch from team to team and make sure we don't have to log into different sessions for each one. Allows us to use our time more efficiently.
