PlanGuru is well done and very useful for me and some of my clients. It is reasonably priced and does a great job of doing what it says it will do. Support is responsive and good. I find PlanGuru very useful.
PlanGuru was exactly what I needed - the ability to forecast easily based on budgets and historical actuals. Hours of manual Excel work a month has been cut down significantly, and the setup was straightforward and without an excessive amount of time or effort.
What do you like best?
It is a concise software which provides easy access planning for small businesses. I really enjoyed the varied forecasting options and flexibility that the tool offers
What do you dislike?
It is a monthly subscription which is a disadvantage for seasonal businesses who only need it for a few months a year.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has helped us figure out our forecasting needs due to the easy of use and varied options. Moreover, it allowed us to figure out the focus areas of the business which needed to be fixed.
I've used Plan Guru for about 15 years + and love it for management reporting, budgeting, and planning.
Anytime when I have questions or need help, I always get tremendous support from Plan Guru. The people work there care about their clients. That is important to us. I want to give special thanks to Thomas Murray, Tripp Graham, and Christian Wielage.
