PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
It used to be free... their only pro is now a con.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is impossible to even use their demo, and even if you add a credit card to your account you still cant use the site. You have to navigate through a maze of poorly designed and inconsistent pages, all of which have a different navigation menu and some of which provide no means of returning to the previous page, only to discover that your account is insta-disabled upon sign up. I and several colleagues tested this from different IP addresses, different emails. Same results. Looks like these people just insta-nuke any new account that signs up. It really begs the question, why even go through the trouble of designing a demo page if you won't even let anyone use it? It's such garbage its unbelievable. I don't think anyone is actually even using this product. The hoops you have to jump through just to get started using it and the money you have to spend is insane. Pipl will probably go bankrupt and disappear in a few years.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Bring the old pipl back and stop trying to nickel and dime people, make it actually possible to use your services (you wont even allow people to use your site - why would anyone pay for something they cant use?)
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
None. The product is a complete failure and is literally unusable. You literally can't sign up. They gimp your account instantly upon registration and make you jump through hoops just to use their FREE TRIAL!

Yet another terrible company selling people's private information without permission. This one is different in that their database is fully behind an extremely expensive paywall($298/mo yikes) with no way to search it for free, but in order to opt-out they pretend like they need full addresses, phone numbers etc.So here's the problem, with absolutely no way of knowing what information they have about you and no way of confirming after the fact that they even removed it they want you to send all of your private information as they pretend like they can't search their database otherwise. How can I give them my information to be removed when I don't know what information they have and have no way knowing what information they have? How do I know this isn't simply a tactic to either get new information that they didn't previously have or simply confirming their information is correct? With no way to search their database for all I know they simply take the information I give them and add it to my profile to sell as they're already selling my private information without permission as it is. The dark patterns they employ and hoops they make you jump through to remove private information that they never got permission to sell in the first place are completely unacceptable. This site and every site likes this needs to be shut down.

Works so much better than just typing someone's number in google search.I'm sure you know how frustrating it is when you google a suspicious number and you get a bunch of irrelevant search results in google.Well, this search tool actually produces names and online accounts like facebook and twitter etc...
