Pipeliner is CRM is very important for all salespeople, sales managers and all concerned body that are associated with sales to support daily provide information about sales and organized data.

It good but it very vast

The problem that affect sales and sales associated with regarding to get relevant data for responsible person and the data which are found on hand of managers and sales people are not to appropriate. so Pipeliner is CRM solved this problem. because all data are fides on software then simply they get information from it.
What do you like best?
Easily accessible, no admin cost, offline capability, easy to use, less training

Training, Security & Data Protection Issue

Very quick review of my funnel, which deals I am closing, what number I am achieving, Integrated with other social media like gmail, Facebook, Twitter, were I can access everything on Pipeliner CRM

There is plenty of walk-throughs to explain how the system works.
What do you dislike?
The layout of the system seems a little outdated compared to other CRM's like HubSpot.

Keeping sales leads organized from beginning of transactions leading up to closing the sale.
What do you like best?
I thought the process was very smooth when closing out a deal with a client. It was very easy to navigate through the CRM and gave me tips when I needed it. Arranging the dates to the correct cliental helped made things very organized for me when having to schedule something for the future.
What do you dislike?
I found it very annoying how it constantly kept opening up new tabs when clicking on the buyer description. I thought it was just an extra step that didnt needed to be added when researching your buyer's description
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to get familiar with all the functions of the CRM before going in and starting deals with a client because it can get very confusing when you don't know all the functions to it.

We are solving to see what kind of buyer we are dealing with and how we are going to pitch our sales plan towards that person. Seeing what buyer strategy we will have to pitch towards them based on their description. This also helps see where the buyer is at with you when closing out a deal. It lets us know what we can do and when you should meet with your buyer to discuss where you two are at in the process.

Pipeliner CRM interface is user friendly; each user can customize views to suit their needs, everything is visualized for easy use and easy navigation
What do you dislike?
Pipeliner CRM has mobile app with built-in AI, full KPI dashboard to stay informed, helps to know exactly where to focus with AI powered insights. The disadvantage here is that u need to be tech savvy to understand it

The admin cost is cheaper come to what others are offering and I will be subscribing soon
