What do you like best?

For sales beginners Pipeline is easy to set up for the novice.

What do you dislike?

Pipeline is consistently having connection issues with AWS. The mobile application is just broke, you can't access portions of your data from the mobile app. Tech support is non existent. Features like birthday tracking don't exist and custom features like adding additional modules aren't possible

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Shop around, there are better companies out there with many more features. Spend the extra money, it's worth it.

I haven't, that's why I cancelled and went with another vendor

What do you like best?

There is nothing particularly great about this CRM. I used it based on the advice of another entrepreneur.

What do you dislike?

There is not a way to do a weighted pipeline. The integrations with other services are limited and require fairly complex steps to use. I dislike most that I am out almost $1000 because the CRM does not and cannot meet my needs, but since I prepaid for an annual subscription, they will not refund my money. Even comcast doesn't do this.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would look elsewhere. There are better options out there that cost less. I wish I would have done more research.

See above. Integrations. No weighted pipeline. No prorated annual membership refunds. I'm not looking to get the discounted amount back- why not just charge me the monthly price for the amount of time I used it?

Too many buttons to click on. Would like everything to just be on one page. Making reminders and notifications is too difficult. Too sensitive when it comes to trying to find company/customer name in the search bar.
