What do you like best?
I like best is the ability to view the hierarchy of the organization
What do you dislike?
More categories and information on each member of the organization as well as filters to use on this information so as to make finding members of specific groups easier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Employee notoriety. I can find anyone I need that I know the name of, and can find out who to reach out to regarding specific groups' work.

Seeing birthdays and work anniversaries.
What do you dislike?
How small an org chart gets in certain views.

Not solving business problems. Benefits include tracking employee count and office distribution.

I like that the different roles can be easily updated.
What do you dislike?
I don’t like that you can’t play with ranks to show a better understanding of an area map. Also I don’t like that you cannot print only selected part of the org. (or I couldn’t find how).

The tool has improved some in the last month but it could be more intuitive.

As a new employee, it's great to be able to look at the org chart easily and get contact information both in the office and when I'm out in the field

It's good that everyone is listed, but it's frustrating when it's not updated with the most current information
