What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Phase customer support is responsive to all our concerns. When it comes to how the app works, I like that I can easily organize keys through UI and push or pull them via CLI in the pipeline. It has auto-pilot functionality that helps translate all keys for all locale using Google translator.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am having a little trouble with the system implementation, but we’re just thankful that the customer support solved it immediately.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Phase helped us add localization in our web applications easily. It even offers translations with auto-pilot features for locales.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Of all the solutions I’ve come across, this one is by far the easiest to use. It is user-friendly and intuitive. It provides you a clearer picture of all your tasks like it shows what you need to translate within each group. We can also structure the contents well, as we can organize multiple projects by labeling them accordingly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Projects should be published automatically after applying some changes—and not deployed one by one. Also, the projects’ translation should be shown in a specific market and not in general. If this is implemented, users would definitely find new contents without any trouble and not search for them one by one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been using Phrase for years now, and we find it very useful. Everything has become more organized, and it is now easy to translate when your project requires multiple languages.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the Phrase team continues to improve the app and deliver the best service to its users. As with the app’s function, I like that I can easily get the translated text contents, so I will see how they appear in our project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app is good, but I wish there’s a convenient and easy to locate search field available elsewhere. It takes a few clicks before we could come to a search field.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Phrase, we can translate the contexts on our applications, backend, website, and others into different languages for international products.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Phrase is simple and easy to use for team collaboration. Tasks can be divided per team and each member can track translations easily. Phrase is also integrated with other services, which made it more useful, efficient, and helpful for developers like us. The team behind this solution also provides prompt answers whenever we have concerns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have major problems using Phrase, but I just want to suggest something that could help improve its functions even more. Maybe adding Gitlab integration could make it better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Phrase, we are able to track multiple languages, and it makes the translation process efficient, reliable and fast this time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that PhraseApp allows multiple members of the team to work on translations at the same time. This makes the process makes easier for us. Also, we get constant updates when new feature release is on. Even better, users can find all words and translate them in a context.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have a little complaint about the search function of the app in all locales. I think it would be better if they included an advanced function for word searching purposes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before, we use to send translation in analog documents, and this becomes impossible for multiple translators to work together. But with PhraseApp, everyone can work on the same page, and our document is constantly updated.
