I thought the product had a very visual interface, making it very easy to read and see any of the trends we were looking for. With responsive support, it was easy to set up and troubleshoot.

What do you dislike?

The filtering for the call history wasn't as robust as CallRail. In the end, we wanted to be able to compare the most recent month with the one prior to that or look at the paid traffic calls only. That wasn't feasible when I used the product. We ended up switching to CallRail.

Definitely look at the kinds of reporting/filtering you can get with whatever call tracking software you will be using.

I use call tracking with my clients to help them understand the origin of any potential new clients. It's more accurate than their memories or internal tracking systems. It's a cost-effective way to show the impact of the marketing strategies we are putting in place.
