Really hard to use, most of the time gives me problems... seems like a useful tool but takes me too long and too many tries to do anything

Very poor customer service. Period! They make you run through hoops just to cancel your service. I tried contacting them because I want to cancel my service and was getting an error on my end because my card was getting declined. They just won't do it. They keep on pointing me back to their site to cancel it myself even though I told them that I was getting an error. I believe they want me to pay for a service that I no longer want and or use.Companies that are making it difficult to cancel service are just unethical. I don't recommend them!

Terrible customer support and overall experience

Really bad customer service!!! No proper user interface to manage campaigns. Basically, you get a number of small scripts that do certain things, and then you have to figure out yourself how to connect everything without losing data and then build reports. All they offer is a Google Sheet, which works fine only if you follow their logic. If you want to do anything extra (which you will), they'll just say it's too time consuming and ignore you.Their sales people are all friendly and actually try to help you, but only while you talk to them face-to-face. After that, they ignore your emails.Very disappointing.
