The tools allowing most of the analysis piece of work. Dashboard is easy to read.

I was impressed at how much they knew our data. Within a short amount of time Performio was able to understand our complicated plans and delivery us with an easy to use platform that we never had before.
What do you dislike?
Time. A lot of this is because we pay on a month to month schedule, so each trial took another month. I also blame the time on how complex our plans are.

We are erasing human error when it comes to sales commission.

* Once the system is set up, it is very reliable, back end works well
* Responsiveness of the people working at Performance Center is excellent

* Making changes within the system is a bit more complex than the previous system that we used

* Keeping track of who is in what position etc

Once set up the PerformanceCentre system provides streamlined, accurate and reliable results month on month, whereas our old manual system was slow and fraught with errors.
The PerformanceCentre account manager looks after us extremely well and the team has customised the calculations to meet our very specific sales incentive plans.
For the sales team the configurable individual dashboards are brilliant.

The reporting tools in the system, whist adequate, could provide much greater flexibility.

We needed rapid turnaround of the monthly sales incentive plan results and commission payments, which PerformanceCentre has delivered. What used to take a team of three the best part of a week to do is now done bey one person in a day.
Calculation errors are now all attributable to incorrect data coming into the system
