What do you like best?
The software in its entirety is easy to use.
What do you dislike?
Paymo decided to change the pricing structure meaning small companies now have to pay for 3 use licenses to get any meaningful features.
On the accounting there should be a way to only bill the client once a month for multiple complete projects. It will also be good to have a prepaid option.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you are a large scale company great. If you are a one man bad or have 2 people its will now charge you extra.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Paymo used to be a great bit of software as it was an all in one. This being said they decided to change the pricing meaning as a sole trader to make the software of any use ie with accounting you now have to pay for 3 user licenses. They do offer a reduced version for single users however this only allows task management to which there are plenty of free software
What do you like best?
Easy to see project lists and tasks remaining.
What do you dislike?
Can't add bulk time for more than one week at a time. Not formatted well for mobile.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I use this mostly to oversee the tasks on my team’s plate. However, a word of warning: Paymo mirrors how you handle your tasks so make sure that you are as meticulous as how you want it to be. By this I mean that you should take the time to properly set up each of the projects that you input on its database. This is not the solution for people who would rather dive headfirst on a task rather than breaking down its information on a software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Retrieving previous exchanges is almost impossible with Paymo. You’d have to dig through the history and doing so is no guarantee that you will find the discussion you are looking for.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My company is simply shopping around for the best tool that can work with our team best as a go-to for tracking tasks. Paymo was used as a test to see if our team would perform better if we paid more attention to the first steps of initiating projects. We found it helpful, yes, but I don’t think it really made the cut.

It is a very useful and practical tool to use since it has a lot of ease of integration and customization, which gives the possibility of developing and executing projects and tasks in a very practical and effective way, thus helping to develop activities in a more effective.
What do you dislike?
some of its functions I cannot understand in its entirety, they are a little complex to understand easily, that is the only negative that I can limit.

It is very useful to execute, develop the tasks that revolve around any project or work activity, making said activities easier to carry out, thus improving the way these tasks are carried out.
