Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Unbedingt von abzuraten!

Absolut katastrophale Abwicklung, miserabler Kundenservice. Schlechte Auszahlungsmoral, man wartet teilweise Monate auf die Auszahlung. Selbst nach Kündigung kann die Auszahlung des Guthabens nach Angaben von Paymill bis zu 6 Monaten dauern. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen diesen Anbieter zu meiden.

I have to concur with many of the other comments here. Trying to register for Paymill has been an appalling process. It took me ONE MONTH to get a reply to my service request, and even then all I got was a generic email telling me to read their Trust guide, consult their blog and watch a video. They don't even reference any of the material I'd already provided to them. What a joke!We're six weeks away from launching a significant business in Germany and I wish we'd never got involved with Paymill. I'm seriously considering abandoning the integration process - at the risk of delaying our launch - just so I can go with a company that can actually provide a basic level of customer service.If you're reading this and don't yet have an account with Paymill, my advice is to avoid them at all costs. Your business is at risk.

ENROLMENT HAS TAKEN OVER 1 MONTHCUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNRESPONSIVE, ENROLMNET TAKES FOREVER. THEY ASK INFORMATION IN BITS AND PIECES SO YOU HAVE TO GATHER IT EVERY OTHER DAY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FOR A PAYMENT PROVIDER
