What do you like best?
Easy to get up and running and manage multiple programs at once. The team is very responsive to questions.
What do you dislike?
The platform has a ton of quirks and usability challenges. The fact that there's no concept of "teams" or multiple people from one organization being able to be on an account makes it restrictive for bigger partners. Really, it's better for affiliates or one-person shops.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were trying to grow and scale multiple partner programs at the same time. It's been nice to transition the payment of partners to PartnerStack and know that our partners will get paid for all of their referrals in a timely manner.
What do you like best?
The support of the team. Super friendly and eager.
What do you dislike?
The integration manuals etc. Was quite a few errors.

What do you like best?
Having the dashboard with all partner activity and commission structure applied. Ability to solve partner's payments with a single invoice, which saves tremendous amounts of time of managers and accountants in growing programs.
What do you dislike?
Rocky feature release cycle, lots of small bugs and not the best UX.

If you are considering to start your Partner Program for SaaS, it's the best option.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're running an affiliate partner program, and partnering up with PartnerStack enabled our growth for a long time, also providing us with influx of new partners. So far we've been growing our program with it and it's becoming a good source of revenue.
What do you like best?
The Partnerstack team is great! Super knowledgeable and always willing to help!

The application is a bit clunky / hard to use

PS is another way for us to reach partners / adovcates to promote our brand. Its great because we've structured our program in such a way that we only pay after the purchase is completed (instead of a lead). As a result, the cost to us is predictable and fixed!
What do you like best?
It does pretty much everything we need, and partners seem to enjoy using it too. They're pretty constantly rolling out new features. Also, the team has been incredible and keeps me in the loop of new opportunities. Shout out to Geoff!
What do you dislike?
It's fairly expensive, and outside of features, there's some rough edges on the product. Particularly, some odd interactions like needing to refresh the whole thing to get new data sometimes, constantly prompted to take the tour even though I've been a user for almost a year.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have a large network of agency and affiliate partners, sending a couple hundred referrals a month. PartnerStack got us out of spreadsheets and now I don't even think about the day-to-day logistics of the program.
