What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It meets my needs and works perfectly well so there are no cons for me. But if you are a professional graphics designer who needs more advanced features, I think this tool wouldn't be a perfect choice.

If you need a tool to manipulate images but don't have the budget to purchase popular options like Adobe, Paintshop Pro can be a good choice. It will help you do the task without paying a hefty amount of money.

What are the best aspects of this product?

If you're looking for a powerful image editing software that is not confusing and costly, Paintshop Pro is the app for you. The interface is simple and the tools are easy to use. Great app for novices or those who are overwhelmed using other leading platforms like Photoshop. There are also online tutorials to help you get started.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It introduces features a bit late. For instance, the Element Quick Selection tools are available in Photoshop for years now but PaintShop Pro just introduces the selection tools which automatically tracks object's curves in images in the recent updates. It's a great addition but it would be better if they introduce more revolutionary features. Aside from that, I wish they let users customize the icons so we get a more personalized experience. Lastly, I had problems with 64 OS PNG files in the system background selection.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

You can do basic and some advanced photo editing job. The tools are as good as Photoshop but not as hard to learn which makes it a great tool for starters in graphic design. But if you need to do advance and professional editing, this tool may not be able to fit your needs.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Most of the tools available in this software are similar to what Adobe Photoshop offers. But PSP is less costly and easier to use than the latter solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The updates are not often as Adobe. Also, the features are not as comprehensive as Adobe. It would be nice if more tools, even if not as good as Photoshop, will be added.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can proceed to work immediately because the tools are pretty easy to learn and use. It's pretty easy to figure out how the app and the features function.
