Terrible services and refused to let me use it after I bought on the 22 of this month so a group of group of fraudsters
This company is a scam, i used the list they sent and out of 1000 i had 30 hard bounces, when I asked getresponse for the email list, they didnt provide me with it. then Pabbly used because I was unable to get that list they were not going to refund me, even though I took a screen shot of the conversation and the statistics of the bounces.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since I signed up with them (2 months) I wasn't able to send any emails. It takes them 2-4 days for them to respond every time because they are in India or just don't care. They kept giving me excuse after excuse, giving me more steps to do and when I did them it still wouldn't work. Then when I would complain again they would give me the EXACT same steps to do as if they don't communicate with each other. Then after I would tell them I already did the steps they would say I have to do them again. Now that I am talking to others who used them in the past I regret asking. They have several names, MagnetBrains, MailGet, Formget, and now Pabbly. Who knows how many other names they have. Oh and don't plan on getting a refund because they won't do it. Spend more money to go somewhere else. It's funny to see the employees leaving positive reviews because nobody likes them.
The most inflexible of the systems we tried out. If you're already committed to AWS, fine, but if not then expect to be pushed in that direction.Tried multiple ways to connect our domains with their email send, but was eventually told to either give them access to our GoDaddy account or to remove our Shopify integration!There are more flexible and easily integrated tools available, most with an ease of exit (i.e. you can export any work or design already done).
Waited two hours for the test to start.I never got any results.
