It can be slow at times, especially at night.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can set it up so employees can only log-in and out in a certain area. This way I am sure that my employees are not abusing the app. It is also very versatile as I can use it to punch in or punch out, submit my time card, and view my entire pay period.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be frustrating at times as you need a stable internet connection to log in and out. This can be very inconvenient as there are times when I couldn't log in on time. The geographical time-in feature can be inconsistent at times too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Creating accurate paychecks and time cards are now very easy. Its benefits far outweighed all its detriments as the versatility it offers our employees is very useful for us.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is super easy to clock in and out. I can also manage my clients, rates, and services here. Adjusting hours is also relatively simpler.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can lag sometimes so you have to reload it several times before some screens reappear. I also experience some time glitches while using the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

You can access your previous pay periods, adjust your time, and keep track of your hours without much problem.
