What do you like best?
The onscreen experience of S4HANA(1809) - Vehicle Management System is amazing. This is a lot better than the traditional ECC + IS Auto solution.
What do you dislike?
There are only a few items to complain about mainly Vehicle search issues similar to the TREX Vehicle search in the ECC IS Auto version. But it's easier to manage in S4HANA using ESH connectors.

There are only a few items to complain about mainly Vehicle search issues similar to the TREX Vehicle search in the ECC IS Auto version. But it's easier to manage in S4HANA using ESH connectors. The ESH setting is bit tricky and needs to manage properly but it's definitely better than TREX.
What do you like best?
I teach a Veterans to Work Career Skills Program here on Fort Hood, TX and I'm delighted to be using Onscreen in my class. I believe is a great tool to help instruct my students on navigating the system and giving them a better understanding of the different business processes.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to delete a portion of the recording without deleting the whole recording when you mess up during the recording. This causes issues when the helper is turned on in the actual system..
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
OnScreen enables our students to be independent and able to easily navigate a business system on their own. I see Onscreen being a valuable tool for businesses and classroom moving forward.
What do you like best?
Easy implementation , easy guides to create, great support, The customer success manager has really made this project a success
What do you dislike?
Nothing yet ! Our free trial has gone amazingly well and we cant wait to get this in full use

try the pilot, see you easy it is to use the software and then write your own review, it really has made our lives so much easier
