What do you like best?

I love the chat function that allows me to reach a support staff anytime I have an issue with the software.

What do you dislike?

There are some functions that I would like to see implemented, such as an easier "reschedule" option that allows you to view the schedule in calendar mode.

OnSched makes it very easy for me to book appointments across the office as it is a shared platform. The note taking function serves to communicate between staff effectively.

The ability to track which parts were undeliverable in real time throughout the day and give our drivers access to customer info as it is updated.

What do you dislike?

So far OnSched and their staff have been able to accommodate all our requests, and help us to customize it to fit our workflow. At this stage, there's nothing we dislike about it.

We have incorporated OnSched in order to manage auto part deliveries to our customers. By storing all of the delivery information within the application our drivers have constant access to the updated information and can change the status of the appointment if a customer is not present to accept the delivery.

Integrating with OnSched has been a game changer for us at Infiniti, qualifying prospects and automating the scheduling process has allowed or team to stay on top of our sales funnel without wasting precious time struggling with calendar management.

What do you like best?

I like the flexibility and reliability. I need to make sure the bookings are rock solid as I depend on them for my business. Any problems and my customers walk away. The system's flexibility is nice as well. I can make different rooms follow different booking schedules and different capacities.

What do you dislike?

There are a lot of options which make it very flexible, but sometimes it's hard to understand what the options do and how they interact with each other. But their great support definitely helped with any questions I had.
