My video simply did not work on Onestream, despite following their guidelines. Customer service was responsive but not helpful at all. I had to switch services right before my event because they could not play my video smoothly. 

After the event worked on the other platform, I contacted Onestream, where they told me that it was working on their end (after two of their employees had verified it was not) and that I only would be eligible for a partial refund. They are more concerned about putting the refund policy in your face rather than building and supporting a functioning product. 

I highly recommend looking for another service provider. I would hate for anyone to go through the same stress and pain that Onestream put me through on the day of my live event.

BEWARE!!! They will charge you after you cancel your account. Also, website is unreliable. Go somewhere else!

This company has a very bad no-refund policy on yearly 'discount' subscription. If you find your situation has changed you will end up paying for a useless product for many months. They really should offer a sensible pro-rata refund. Something like whatever is left after paying full price for the months already used.

I host a corporate live stream every month and pay for their subscription along with an addon. This is the second time my stream got interrupted. This being a corporate livestream, a lot depends on their credibility to stream uninterrupted. They blatantly blame it on YouTube and outright refuse to refund for my subscription. Extremely unprofessional. Their support team is extremely quick to respond, however, but its the resolution that takes a big hit.It's awesome if they will consider this and refund, but failing to do so, I can assure them that they've definitely lost out on a customer who was probably willing to subscribe every month for just one livestream.
