You can find project planning, portfolio management and resource management in one place.It makes everything just that little bit simpler. Just going to the one place for everything manes I never miss anything too.

Took a little while to get used to the different system. But once you know, it's easy enough. The user interface could be a little better, which would make the learning curve that little bit better. That's probably the only criticism I could give.

You won't be disappointed.

We plan, control and report all our strategic projects as well as small projects in departments. This is just another reason the ease of use is perfect for us. The projects are now comparable and the status view makes it very easy to see, which projects are not on track.

It is quick to get started and feels like it is incredibly accessible for anyone to jump in and get working.

There are more than enough options for what we needed, the software was flexible enough to adapt to any requirements that we had during our time with the software.

Being able to access the software from a variety of devices (PCs, Mobile Phones, etc made it ideal for any situations we found ourselves in.

The inclusion of Slack integration within the software is truly a lifesaver!

Some small bugs and issues in the software, but there was nothing that hugely affected our workflow.

The wide variety of options available - while incredibly useful on a wider scale - could become a bit overwhelming on a personal level. More options for the customisation of the visuals and layout of the software would definitely have been appreciated, but this is only a minor issue.

I would strongly recommend that any who is interested in this software give it a shot. I believe it will hit the needs of most people who are looking for a project management solution.

Onepoint Projects allowed our team to work together in the most efficient way possible. It had a huge effect on our productivity. It became a central part of our small group of creative colleagues, and it is something we would definitely consider using it again in the future on other projects.

The project budgeting feature has been brilliant. This has allowed us to effectively to map out the runway of our project and made sure we arrive at points within the project with the right amount left!

Due dates and custom alerts have really been helpful as well making sure the whole team stays on track without manually having to keep track of where people are within their own personal projects. The protfolio management also allows you to have several projects running alongside themselves which can really help keep track of smaller tasks within a larger project.

The system can be a little bit complicated when first using it. This is mainly because of the massive extent of the program and the number of features. It can take a bit of time to get used to and perhaps some more comprehensive tutorials would be handy.

anyone looking to manage a budget effectively and ensure you stay on track with a project should give this a go.

This has enabled us to gain better control over our projects budgeting. It has also allowed us to micro-control the projects we complete by using multiple projects along side eachother.

What I love about Onepoint is that it's a great solution for everyday business/project management needs. I can use it anywhere and has been so helpful with managing tasks. The dashboard is so easy to use and the layout looks good. It is one of the best Project Management tools i have come across I would strongly recommend One point for any business going forward!

The program is easy to use and the fact that it is a web based platform means that you can access it where ever you need to. It allows our team to have the information they need while on the go which is very important to a modern business.

The administrative To-Do list feature means that you can send your team tasks and ensure that every body knows the current aims and goals within the project. The work load capacity feature really helps you stay aware of how long things will take and how to divide up the workforce appropriately.

The software is incredibly in depth which is great once you get to know how to use it but it can be a little daunting at first as there are so many features. For some members of the team that do not use the app as regularly it can be hard to get in to but some basic training does resolve this.

I would recommend this to any team that is looking for an effective project management solution that you can use on the go.

One Point has allowed the whole team to effectively see where a project is up to wherever they are. It has streamlines our project management and made it a lot easier to control what each member is working on.
