What do you like best?

The easy set up and ease of use. Video chat that is secure and HIPAA / PHIPA Compliant. Clients are automatically notified of upcoming appointments eliminating no-shows. For those who pay by credit card through OnCall, an automatic receipt is generated minimizing paperwork.

What do you dislike?

Not being tech savvy, I wasn’t drawn to the note taking online or the online appointments option.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to reach clients who are unable to travel, giving them uninterrupted secure service with quality video.

What do you like best?

The ability to bill clients directly through the program and have then receive their receipts immediately. It is also so helpful to connect with clients at a distance with the video chat option and send files to them through the platform.

What do you dislike?

That each appointment and client is put in manually with no memory recall on the system or ability to copy information forward. Also not being able for clients to utilize the service if they don't use credit cards.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can access clients in remote communities and stay connected with clients for appointments if they are unable to come into the office.

What do you like best?

Ease of use, saves me a lot of time with doing clinical notes, makes payments easy, and the customer service is bar none! They answer any and all questions, are accommodating, and are quick to respond.

What do you dislike?

The calendar doesn't have as many features as I thought, but it's a minor issue.

I'm saving time and therefore money with notes and client information management. I'm also keeping files secure, especially if (heaven forbid) something happens to my paper files.

- I appreciate that On Call often calls on users for feedback so that they can continue to add more features and improve their platform

- I find it extremely user friendly, the pages are uncluttered, the information easy to find and navigate through

- technical support is always responsive - via email and phone as are customer service reps

- the video platform has not allowed more than 2 people to join at once without cutting off some of the third users face but my understanding is that this will be improved this month (December, 2020)

- looking at adding more features to my current plan so that I can write session notes and have my clients book their own sessions online

- I hope that no matter how "big" On call becomes, they will continue to help each user feel important and heard

What do you like best?

-I like that everything is all in one place.

-I like that the client is charged right after I write the notes.

-I like that I have to approve the booking so I can shuffle if need be.

-I like the form creating section. So simple and easy with all the options to create a multi-choice/long answer/yes-no options.

-I like that everything looks simple, not complicated.

-I like that clients have to fill out the forms before booking.

-I love that clients can book online.

What do you dislike?

-Occasionally the software stops working and I have to uninstall and reinstall. This has only happened 3 times in 8 months, and who knows if its the software or a connection issue.

-I can't edit the clients service medium once book. For example, if they choose to meet online, but they meant to select in person, I can't change that. They have to cancel the appointment and then reschedule.

-Clients mention having difficulty logging in to the account and sometimes have to redo the forms every time, but this may be a client issue, not a tech issue as I have only heard about this a few times.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am not sure I understand the question. I don't know if this is asking if there is an issue that I brought forward that they are helping me with, or if it refers to any 'problems' I had before I used the service that are now 'fixed'. If the later, the question would better read, what has been the benefit of using OnCall. I will answer that and say that I have saved a lot of time not doing the booking with the my clients and instead, having them book online. And it has kept me organized with having all my notes here. Love that!!
