BEWARE COMPANY DEDUCTS FEES OUT OF YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT. THEY CHARGED FOR NON-ACTIVITY WHEN HAIR SALONS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK. EVEN AFTER CANCELLING, THEY ARE STILL ACCESSING MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND DEDUCTING NON-ACTIVITY FEES. THEY MAKEUP FEES AS THEY GO.

Our firm processed a customer's card in good faith & received an approved message on our terminal which also printed a customer & merchant receipt that both showed APPROVED. We closed the batch & it also was successful displaying a batch number that matched the number shown on the customer/merchant receipt. It also showed that the correct amount was being deposited to our account as usual. When the funds did not transfer into our bank account our enquiry with NUVEI resulted in THEIR determination that THEIR system had failed & permitted the manual entry of a debit card in error. Despite the fact THEIR receipt showed APPROVED & THEIR system closed the batch successfully we were told we would have to recover the funds from our customer & THEY WERE UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR SYSTEM MALFUNCTION. They insisted THEIR system should never have allowed the transaction & yet when we processed it a second time after speaking with them at length THEIR system did it again.

Search the web and read the reviews on this company. They are crooks. This is what will happen when you sign up. They will promise to save you money and lower processing fees, this is true. What they don’t tell you is all the hidden fees. From high cancellation fees to pci compliance and other surprise fees that just magically get removed from your bank account. You will also receive multiple sales calls to sign up with them even though you already have an account. But, if you try to get a hold of them it is next to impossible and they ignore information you give them. Their tech support is good and responsive, but as far as customer loyalty an absolute disgrace. Read the web and see how shady this company is and see their name change from pivotal payments changed nothing about their business practices. Beware before signing up they will get you. The promises are in fact to good to be true. Just ask Jean Phillipe with customer loyalty, if you can get a hold of him or get him to actually read or listen to a concern.Update: even upon cancellation they continue to nickel and dime you to death. They will come after every last cent, expect no relief. They have already sent a collection agency for return of the terminal just a couple days after getting the info to send it back. I have no use for it. I will be returning it. But yet they still haven’t returned a phone call. Stay away. They have hired a third party that leaves all the positive reviews hence they are mostly one liners.
