What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how the software works perfectly with both small and global businesses. It's functioning well even with large data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system sometimes does not accept certain email domains that are used by our clients. It's a hassle to reach out to customers and ask them to register using a different email address.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I really hate doing the sales management statistics reports because it's too laborious! Now I use Nutshell to prepare these reports and the software really expedites the whole process. It saved me a lot of time!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best feature of Nutshell for me is the automation of processes. It helps me keep my potential and current clients on the loop. I would also like to commend their amazing customer support team!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The search engine tool can still be improved by letting the users easily track calls and contact data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nutshell has positive impacts on our relationship with our workers and customers. It has also been really helpful with our sales process, therefore, improving our sales figures.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software has many strong points and I listed some of my favorite things about it. Nutshell allows us to: (1) easily organize and track our activities, status, and achievements vis-a-vis our objectives; (2) organize data from the previous years making it easier to compare our business performances; (3) customize dashboard; (4) import and export data which can be used for mass emailing; (5) easily create new accounts/users; (6) filter customer data which allows us to check on our visitor location and traffic; (7) set-up pop-ups as daily task reminders; (8) access the platform even outside the office because of its mobile app; (9) generate leads; and (10) link the app with our emails and other social media platforms, making it easier to track communications. overall, this platform has a lot of functions, records and organizes data well which results in clear and concise reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I like the dashboard but I think it can still be improved further. I also hope setting quotas would be less complicated in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us strategize well because of the way it organizes data. It allows us to see our weak points and forecast trends. It also improved our teamwork because of its centralized information management.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love creating pipelines for my sales processes because I customize them accordingly based on our company's requirements. A big shout out to the customer support team, as well, for being extremely helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Well, I've encountered a few bugs in the app. It's just a minor compatibility issue and some unresponsive tools that were immediately fixed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app significantly increased our efficiency as a team because of its payment and sales tracking feature. It helped us big time in preparing comprehensive sales performance reports.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that the app organizes and categorizes data. It's customizable so you're free to make it your own, or something that would fit perfectly for your business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nutshell doesn't allow users to open multiple work pages at a time and keeping them in a tab. I wish it can do this so it will be easier for users to switch from one tab to another.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nutshell definitely improved our game! We're now able to easily track leads and understand and connect with our clients.
