I run a non-profit providing food and shelter to Veterans in need. We are a 100% volunteer run organization/business. We were looking for a program to make it easier for our volunteers to communicate with each other. After three months we finally stopped using NTask. It was not as customizable as it was sold to us. Whenever it glitched they said that they were still developing the platform. After a couple of very poor attempts from their "support team" to make this platform fit our needs nothing had changed, and our volunteers quit using it. To make things worse they automatically withdrew another seven hundred dollars (700.00) from our bank account to renew a subscription which we didn't ask for or want. I was told that if I read their FAQ, I would have known that they were going to automatically withdraw the funds without consent. They have refused to issue a refund on that basis. If they are willing to steal from a non-profit caring for our Veterans, I would think twice if I were you

It's functionality is great for small teams looking to manage multiple products on the go.

Wishing there was more functionality. Wishing there was an extension to manage tasks within email.

Creating simple To do list to create and manage big projects, nTask helps us to manage everything within the dashboard. It only takes a couple of seconds to create and assign tasks. Real-time updating of information and a colourful dashboard makes us stick with nTask.
What do you dislike?
The calendar view starts on Monday. Honestly, still, I don't know how to configure to start on Sunday. This is a major drawback of nTask. Hope they will update the issue. Also, the free account is limited to only 200 MBs of storage space.
