What do you like best?
There is nothing that I truly enjoyed about this survey system.
What do you dislike?
Lot of things: text response fields were given to us back as texts instead of codes after survey results were combined. Allowed users to skip questions they shouldn't have. Crashed users out of survey in middle of it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Trying to get an idea of the awareness regarding certain issues within the department employees.
What do you like best?
I do not like the program at all I feel that it is not very attractive and nothing useful to use its tools are obsolete for the amount of pages that are in competition however I can highlight the free use so you can try the page a bit and also create some surveys to distribute it but there really isn't much I like this page.
What do you dislike?
It is my opinion I do not recommend buying any membership it is better to use it for free or simply communicate with support and ask for help to which membership can adapt to your need however because the page is not very efficient and is somewhat obsolete I feel that the design would be much more Simple survey with common answers nothing flashy.
Another thing that I dislike is the design of the page as I see it as a fraud page. I feel that it needs a bit more attractive design in order to try to register and try to test the page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is that those who are going to use Nove Survey, it is best to contact support to guide them on How to start with this page however I do not recommend it I have tried it and I do not like doing the surveys I feel that their tools do not help much and It looks very outdated.

Surveys are easily configured in many different ways. It has many features and can be customized to meet our needs. And it's very easy to use we don't need train our staff since it is very intuitive

Your online guide is very complicated instead of helping people tangle more
