What do you like best?
It Dora’s CRM function, have t used for must be over a year but still be charged. At whits end and now have to take this step to put an end to it.
What do you dislike?
Wont stop charging my card, they want photos of my credit (wasn’t required to sign up interestingly
The system has not been touched for around a year and when it was, it was to attempt to shut the account.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use an alternative product. If we wanted to use the product we would be happy to pay for it. We don’t want or need it.
I look forward to removing this review when my credit card iautopay is ceased and back charges credited.

it works with gsuite which is what i needed

its quite slow - when you have lots of crm data it takes a while to load

we wanted to find a crm that was easy to use, needed no training and saved time for the sales team

unappealing UX, hard to navigate and many functions don't make sense

Facilidad para entablar redes de contactos con clientes. Dentro del mundillo la verdad es que es que no está nada mal a la hora de comunicarte con posibles clientes o contactos, es algo que es de agradecer.
What do you dislike?
Un poco corta a la hora de ir más allá en las relaciones en comparación con otras. Si la comparamos con otras aplicaciones que ofrecen el mismo uso, deja mucho que desear, le hubiese metido algo mas de chicha en aspectos básicos en una aplicación de estas características.

No la recomendaría, hay aplicaciones que funcionan mejor y muy faciles de encontrar.

La verdad es que no me ha sido de gran ayuda a la hora de realizar mi trabajo de una manera eficiente, como ya he comentado anteriormente está un paso por detrás de sus competidoras, quizá su interfaz sencilla ha sido algo beneficioso a la hora de utilizar la aplicación pero muy lejos de gustarme a mí y a mis compañeros.
