What do you like best?
The interface is pretty good on the face of it.
What do you dislike?
The product was broken from the start and the signature overlapped considerably onto previous emails when replying to clients which looked very unprofessional. On occasion, the signature would even upload itself as attachments instead of presenting normally. Customer service tell you that their engineers are looking into it. I blindly agreed to troubleshoot it with them without realizing that they were simply trying to wind down the clock so that I would no longer be able to claim a refund. When the engineers fix didn't work they proceeded to tell me that this issue lies with apple mail and it's not their fault. I then requested a refund and moved over to a different provider where I have since had no issues whatsoever, indicating it is Newoldstamps product that is broken. Upon requesting a refund I never heard anything back and was only replied to with an apology saying they were reviewing my case, only for me to not hear anything for weeks. I believe this slow replying is an effort to either get me to drop the case or to further increase the time that I am past the refund period. Disgraceful behavior from a service and I urge anyone considering using them to think twice and use a different provider. At the very least you can expect a product that isn't flawed.

After using NEWOLDSTAMP for my company email signatures, I would never recommend this company to anyone. We ran into an issue in which the banners within the email signatures were running into our email footers (text was displaying over the banner images to be more specific which rendered the banner feature unusable to us) and after weeks of email exchanges, the issue is still not resolved. Although prompt on their replies, they have no idea what they are doing...they had me try 4-5 different things to resolve and most of the suggestions were ridiculous. The amount of time i have wasted on communication and trying dead end solutions to fix a bug that should have never existed has rendered this solution completely worthless.

Using them for my company email address to display name, email, phone and social media links only.
What do you like best?
The platform is easy to use and deploy signatures across multiple business units.
What do you dislike?
The subscription policy. Unfortunately we had some organizational changes and our February full year payment is forfeited. They do not offer any kind of refund should you decide to change and they are very aggressive with their tactics to keep you should you indicate interest in canceling. I'd recommend finding a service with a better cancelation policy. I will absolutely do such.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not positive you want to stick with this service and it meets your technical requirements stick with the month to month payment terms. Should you choose annual payment then require a change you will forfeit your entire payment for any term you do not use it.

As stated previously, it's an easy deployment across the organization. It was a bit lacking for our specific use case so we are making a change. We tried to make it work and found out the hard way that instead of being concerned about serving the client they are concerned with locking you in.

The simplicity and design of this product.

It won't work on all email clients and that makes it very frusterating.

I bought this on an AppSumo deal. It appeared to be a replacement for WiseStamp, but with a one-time fee, would quickly become much cheaper. At some point I'll probably revisit this and can hopefully upgrade this review.
What do you dislike?
After playing with NewOldStamp for a half hour or so, I concluded that either it is not configurable enough to give me the look I wanted, or it wasn't intuitive enough for me to figure out how to use it. I was not happy with the look of any of the signatures I created, so I went back to WiseStamp, even though it is more expensive.
Recommendations to others considering the product
As I previously mentioned, I decided to stay with WiseStamp due to it's ease of use, ease of configurability, and (in my opinion more professional looking signatures.

A nice looking signature can provide a more professional and inviting appearance.
