What are the best aspects of this product?
It's essentially a one-stop shop for processes. That also includes procedures and policy aspects. It keeps them all organized for you. So you won't need to. What's not to like about that?
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool isn't as inuitive as initially expected. But once you have an idea on what should be done next, it's a good thing. Expect a learning curve. If you're the kind who doesn't use it all the time, then you're back to learning things all over again.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This will force or enable the artifact standardization process. If your team has varying process manager who has their own approach with things, then Navvia will make things easier. It' let you create parameters for controlling deviation. It's a great tool for any manager out there. Very useful.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Its online portal offers my team everything they need for creating physical and logical ITIL business processes. And that's a really great thing! Logical process models are being utilized in managing and organzing business processes. Meanwhile, physical models are used in configuring the ITSM tools as well as business process workspace templates. All positives for my team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its busines process modelling tool is missing functionality in linking business processes automatically. The dev team is in the middle of doing or including such feature to the BPM toolset.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The NAVVIA toolset assisted our team in creating robuts IT processes. We've also been using it for auditing and evaluation. What's more, we've made use of it to refine business processes in IT.

It's very flexible and self-contained. It fosters a controlled environment that allows for extensive process management. It develops, modifies, and publishes processes according to customized or recommended practice templates. Carrying out maturity assessments via pre-installed or a custom assessment module. It also carries out audits of processes through its auditing tool in determining changes made to the process diagram/s documentation.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing much to hate. Its roadmap is on its way in the integration of processes. It also makes room for references for processes along with their components. These include procedures, roles, and others. Having the ability to produce documentation, which purposely serves training materials.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There were plenty of advantages achieved from using the product. Its process documentation is the latest and are made available for those who require it. Process changes are very much controlled and are automatically processed for review before publication. Processes in product won't be modified without undergoing the right review. Its processes map to business objective.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Navvia offers great support. The tool's functionality is unlimited. I make use of this tool for creating Process Maturity Assessment as well as processing documents. There's no other tool like it in the market that does what I want in my job daily. Its ServiceNow-related process Documents are a huge win as we're heavily dependent on it. Having the ability to make custom-processed documents for our processes is a huge plus.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The one thing I hated with the tool is how users will have to go through a learning curve. Once you get a grip on the tool and you learn your way around it, it's a great thing. The tool's intuitiveness is great, but users may have a hard time keeping up with it. I'm happy with how we no longer need to have a long list of "hate" with the tool. The tool is constantly evolving to assist in the functions and aims of every organization.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This may very well be a long list. For the most part, I make use of the tool creating Maturity Assessments and document processsing. This is a big advantage for us since we now have an all-in-one tool for my processing needs. Since it now has docs related to ServiceNow, is a major upside for our organization. We depend highly on such tool.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The Navvia team has great knowledge when it comes to IT Service Management. Thanks to them, our processes are now mature. We look forward to teaming with them as we carry out newer processes. Since making a move to ServiceNow several years ago, we've been engaged with Navvia consultatnts in helping us with a CMDB solution. This proved to be a useful tool in understanding our inventory (both software and hardware). We're able to include CI costing tO CMDB, which proved to really helpful for insurance reasons.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing bad at all. Our experiences with Navvia have all been positive.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As previously indicated in my response, we're in the last stage of our CMDB. At the same time, we're also in the same stage for the costing project. We're expecting to engage Navia to look into our process prior to closing the project.
