What do you like best?
Easy to use
Simple import of excel spreadsheet

Exported excel spreadsheet has to be reformatted
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The tool is particularly helpful when business has sales reps traveling on the field to meet clients. Managers can use this tool to plan out the routes for their sales team and manage progress.
What do you like best?
I like that you can easily move around people on the route and change their placement within the schedule.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that if you want to add someone you have to go back two steps add them and then go back forward two steps and possibly have the route you already made get messed up

Solving routing issues in terms of getting customers on the most efficient route for my salt and chemical team to do their deliveries

I like the fact that this software is easy to use, the customer support is also commendable. This software is nice, it automatically saves the routes thay you have used previously. This tool enables drivers to plan how they will drive and to decide the best routes. This software can be integrated with other tools.
What do you dislike?
This tool is not very flexible and it has very limited features.

I like this software it really helps me in my job as a driver, am sure you will like it once you have started using it.

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Its ease-of-use and reliable customer support is a big plus for us. It's also nice that it saves every route we've previously used. This tool helps us in planning the best route to take for each trip. And to top it off, it can be integrated with third-party apps too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This not as flexible as we would want it to be, mostly because of some lacking features.

We use this for managing our fleet, making smarter decisions, and keeping transportation organized.
