I decided to test MyEtherWallet to send ETH and swap to BTC in a single process, but at Step 4 Bity setted in: result of my transaction bity.com 7H4G-WCLX is now stuck from 12 hours ago:"714:07 Time elapsed since sent"and MyEtherWallet who got my tokens now loops forever with just:"Sending your BTCWaiting for 10 confirmations... "It looks this transaction will never complete, the 3 hours are gone (MyEtherWallet sais " it may take 3+ hours to send"). The result of trusting MyEtherWallet for swap is that ETH disappeared from my wallet, BTC never arrived.The worst thing is that MyEtherWallet addresses users to the scam of Bity.com: when you pay ETH is almost instantaneous, when you have to receive from Bity.com BTCs are lost in transaction and you have nothing in your hands.Very bad experience, I gave to MyEtherWallet and lost my ETH tokens for 0 BTC. One transaction, one fail, unluckily 100% for my BTC wallet.

1 Star review for working with Bity who refuses to provide email support for their services. They fail to complete swaps and on top of that they fail to respond to customer requests for information.

Most unethical shady business I’ve worked with! For a start their product/service is fatally flawed and doesn’t even process eth transactions well so most transactions run out of gas meaning they don’t go through, this is a huge problem on the app which doesn’t allow much customization of the amount of gas you can use. It wouldn’t be a huge problem but this company for some reason prematurely deducts the eth our of your wallet leaving you without the eth that you own! Which is what happened to me when I tried to make a simple purchase that I’ve done tons of times but decided to give MEW a try and see if it was better. Well it failed twice in a row because the gas was too low. Now my eth is inaccessible, and the website where your supposed to be able to “fix” this doesn’t let you sign in. Not only that the site steals tons of private information that they have no business having, defeating one of the benefits of crypto. Example is in my interaction with customer service they contacted me on an email I never provided them and wouldn’t because I don’t use it for anything, so they must have harvested it through data collection they claim not to use. Customer service is just robots so don’t expect your money back if something goes wrong, I’m still waiting.

Transferred Ethereum from here to a trading platform and it simply disappeared. Contacted support team who quickly and promptly responded with a list of queries (most of which I had already put in the initial email), I answered all of these queries and now 1 week and 6 unanswered emails later they are just completely ignoring me. It’s only £150 but the point is you use this wallet entirely at your own risk, if anything goes wrong there is no real support behind it at all.

Lost all my tokens!!! (Nov/2021) I made a deposit of 1000 tokens and after 3 days I needed to withdraw them for personal reasons, but when I signed up, my account showed my profile like 'newly created' and tokens were zero.The support is awful, they answered me 2 months later, they told me "we did not have any transactions registered on your account" ... in resume, they couldn't do anything.
