What do you like best?
We are in extremely novice stages of using Mouseflow. However, I am impressed by its ease of use so far. Adding the plugin to our website to begin to record data was a seamless process, and data collection began quickly thereafter. The amount of records we have the potential to gather is amazing. I look forward to seeing how it helps us understand the user's journey on our website better.
What do you dislike?
It is too early to tell, though, through internal discussions, we are not huge fans of the pricing model. There is a limited amount of recordings in the beginner/starter stages. Whereas we'd have to upgrade a lot in order to see every visitor's journey, and it may be out of scope for us to do so. We are still in the analysis phase, but continue to use the forever free for now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free trial of Mouseflow is a good way to get started to see if it's right for you. From there, you will have to consider whether staying on the "forever free" version or upgrading to a paid plan is the best for your business. Think process before technology. How will this help you achieve your marketing goals? For us, I feel it will make sense to eventually upgrade to a paid version so we can understand how every user going to our website navigates through it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We hope to identify how users are navigating through our website and use the data we collect to create a better website experience for every user. Mouseflow was recommended to us for these reasons and more.
What do you like best?
I don´t need to create two heatmaps to recording mobile and desktop.
What do you dislike?
The quantity of credits is too low for the size of the company I work. Others platforms offers more credits for that price

I recommend Mouseflow to small business, for the price and credits.

What do you dislike?
They use a 'credit' system. Unless you go with one of their premium packages, you won't be able to track your users forever. How much value you get really depends on how much traffic you have.

It's a very useful tool that allows you to see user behavior on your website. However, it could actually be used as a 'seasonal' tool as you may not need to actively track your website at all times. Run it, modify website, then run it again after a while!
