What do you like best?
The tool itself can be useful for wireframing. We used it sparingly over a brief period of time.
What do you dislike?
Their customer service is really terrible. They refused to refund our subscription fee even after it was clear no one at our company had used it for over a year and they hadn't sent a reminder about the upcoming renewal date. The minute we received the invoice we contacted them and requested they discontinue our subscription and refund our annual service fee, but they refused, clearly preferring to pocket the final payment from us than provide service to a paying client no longer using their software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had one staff member who used it primarily for wireframing. We've since switched to another platform.
What do you like best?
It is clean and pretty easy to use overall. I like the wide variety of elements you can include in the wireframes.
What do you dislike?
I feel like it's a little more time consuming than me just opening up illustrator or sketching out a mock up. But I can see how it would be useful for someone who doesn't have any other tools to do this kind of work.

Wireframes, mostly.

Easy to set-up, collaborate. A lot of pre-made stencils.
What do you dislike?
Missing advanced tools like masking, reusable components, etc., included in competitors software like Figma or Sketch.

Not enough stencils for more modern uses.

Laying out program pages for a college website most recently. I found I had to create images (for instance an arrow to show hover in Photoshop and then import them for functionality explanation.
What do you like best?
The modules and ease of use with the drag and drop function.
Choice of colors and proprietes are contextuel and quick to edit.
What do you dislike?
The prototype part is a bit tricky, you often have to copy paste many interface and play too much with the "Master pages"

Make the prototype function better.
Being able to insert small changements/interactions on one interface without having to create a whole new mockup very similar to the original one.
Make templates for mobiles, tablets.

I was able to create a prototype of a web application and handle it to the Graphic designer so she only had to follow it through and design the needed elements
