What are the best aspects of this product?

Monetate is great solution for us, because we can create more personalized experiences for our website and for our customers. We are able to set up new experiences effortlessly, the selection for some options is comprehensive. I am really amazed how quickly we can integrate and set up new experiences via Monetate. We were able to see great results after few weeks of using this app, by simply launching campaigns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the beginning we were told that we could integrate Monetate with our CRM, but when we set up everything they had some requirements so we can make the integration possible. We thought that this would be great to work with this app and with our CRM at the same time, but now we are really limited to onsite triggers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to create more unique experiences for our customers, to present promotions for target audience and to test new on-site experiences with small group of our audience so we can see what performs best before launching something to all visitors.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Monetate helps you to insert and edit the site content and to schedule the campaigns by inserting the CMS layer on each platform. It provides A/B testing for beginners and for advanced users. You have also the ability to execute A/B split campaigns and to instantly get results so you can make changes immediately. You are able to perform actions at any level starting from HTML and Javascript to CSS. This app offers merchandising and dynamic contents in email, same interface for all 3 targets and all parts of the suit. You will get professional, agile and powerful product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tools are powerful and they really go into depths, but, the ActionBuilder is limited and the user cannot understand the CSS tags.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to bring agility to a platform and to add A/B testing on-the-fly.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Monetate interface is easy to learn, I can easily and quickly set up campaigns. The service team is outstanding, they are very responsive, always ready to help and they always offer wonderful ideas and suggestions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When I push campaign I would like to have more control over the name of the event. Also, when I create some specific campaigns-Acrions I like to archive those actions so they cannot be seen easily. They could implement some folder structure for campaigns for better organization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it for website testing, we are able to optimize the layout of the website pages, and we also use it to promote some specific offers and products for targeted visitors. It helps us to set up campaign as a test first so we can measure the value in first place.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The UI is intuitive and very helpful for our team to make great influence, after all it provides great amount of applications and 3rd party tools that we managed to integrated with our mobile and desktop sites and e-mail. The Monetate’ team service is extremely responsive and proactive. I can clearly say that this is go-to app because provides everything for out team to get the work done and to check the sites.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve the merchandising tool, it works well but the predictive analytics needs some improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We work in a cross-selling merchandise, and with Monetate we are able to improve our order value, to target our customers based on their behavior and demo, to test the content, to create some creative and promotional messaging. It helps us to increase the quantity of testing and the speed of implementing tests. Our conversion rate has increased significantly, thanks to Monetate.
