What do you like best?
I love that Midas has so much to offer. We primarily use it for reports and the options for sorting provide us a great opportunity to break down our client bases. I also like that we can record notes for others to see on client accounts.
What do you dislike?
Learning Midas is NOT easy. It's not the most user friendly program but it is navigateable once you get some basics down. I believe because it's so vast in what it can do, it is easy to get lost.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
MIDAS allows all of the departments to coordinate. Admissions, finance, utilization review, billing, etc. We can see who has done what with each patient. It's also how we provide census to the doctors and admins at the hospital. Because we can sort our census by dr/unit, it helps doctors keep track of their new patients and admitting diagnoses.
Its ok but I would like to have notes underneath the daily diary so you can see them at a glance when you move a group from one room to another the number of attendees vanishes. There are a lot of small changes I would make to improve the use for our organisation. I

I like that anyone who has credentials can get on at any time and there is no limit to the number of users.
What do you dislike?
It is TOO detailed. It takes longer than usual for one booking because of all of the detail that it is asking form

It takes time to book....be aware.

At our company it is easier to book because the told system had a low number of user allowment.

Ease of use is what we like most it's very user friendly

We dont really dislike anything about midas. If we had to pick it be the color scheme
