Marg Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is an easier program to use than Zoom. My company utilizes many video conferencing softwares however Microsoft Teams has been the most user friendly for our staff. Its not as complicated and pretty self explanitory. I like how I can see my coworkers and it feels like we are back in the office. It has created a sense of normalcy for my teammates and I am glad we can use this software to be "together"

There arent many customizations like you would get with zoom or other video conferencing soft wares. That is the only thing I can say about Microsoft teams that isnt my favorite. I wish there were more options to customize feautures.

It is very user friendly. I highly recommend.

In todays world, since most of us are working from home microsoft teams has made it easier for us to have video conferencing which makes it feel like we are in the office together. it brings a sense of normalcy that we have been deprived of since the Covid 19 pandemic began.

We like Teams a lot. We've been using it since the COVID-19 pandemic started when we all started working from home. It started as a good way to communication with each other while working from home. Later, we used it in-house remote virtual training sessions, virtual project review meetings with each other and with clients.

The only thing I dislike about Teams so far is in the beginning it was tricky to sign in to the software and stay signed in. The office IT administrator set everything up and I just couldn't sign in to the software with the login information that he used. He and I had to tinker around with it for me to be able to finally sign in. This is probably the fault of our IT guy and not the software.

I have trained the other people in my office in how to use Revit over 8 video sessions through Microsoft Teams that we recorded and saved on our network. We communicate with each other with the instant messenger and have virtual group meetings.

Chat, Calls, Sharing Documents , Creating Apps, Integrating Chatbots

Well, UI could have been better as it is not clean and user friendly.

Office communication including file sharing into the network and sharing to all network users, online meeting with team and with customers. its very useful tool.

Teams should have bundled with every M365 and Windows 10 OS

Microsoft Team is very useful for network users to perform daily tasks and saving tasks on runtime environment.

Resolve customer query or demo any product using Teams, it is also helpful to share file and folders across network and public cloud.

What i really like about Microsoft teams is that they constantly update the software so you can have multiple changes. This includes having different background function, either blurring the background or adding in your own content that you can create.

Another new function I just found was the stadium style view. This allows you to see everyone who has their camera on in a movie theater style setting. This can allow for some fun team building games and being able to see everyone in a fun new setting, rather than just them at their desk. The quality of the calls are 98% clear and I have rarely been booted off a call due to and Microsoft teams malfunction.

I also like the fact that you can login from multiple devices at the same time while talking with others.

Having the options to have files is great because then the whole group can go and update their information in real time. This makes sharing documents with each other very easy.

One of the downfalls with Teams is that it operates a little different on Mac's. It seems that the updates don't come across as fast as the do on pc's. As in I do not have the stadium view on my Mac but I do have it on my PC. The call quality is also better on my PC as compared to my Mac. I do think some of that has to do with my Mac being a little older than my PC though. Overall I do not have a lot of bad things to say about Microsoft teams.

This is a great tool to use for working remotely. It can help you streamline your business and connect with those not just inside you business but outside as well. Having the ability to share documents with each other is great. The ease you will get from just one click logging on will make it easier to connect with you staff and colleagues. Having the option to turn on and off the sounds is great as well. This then allows you to mute yourself while others are talking and not have any background noise.

Having the Files option is great. This way when we share our documents daily it is easier for us all to jump on and enter our information. It updates almost always in real time and this makes it seamless to see what the results were for the day. Plus you can then take said file and extract it from Teams and load it into an email to the group with ease.
