What do you like best?
The best thing about using products of microsoft is that they are wide spread

Microsoft products are not reliable and do not work well accross platform
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am solving problems in SoC design for integrated circuits and we use Microsoft to manage our team basic infrastructure
What do you like best?
The product does a lot of things. Microsoft is pushing to use this product to get there other products installed.
What do you dislike?
It is to complicated. Need years of failure before an ideal install is completed.

Find training before using this product. Expect years of learning before you are good enough to use this product.

I am using a manual install method. This product is to hard to use.
What do you like best?
Easy layout using the Microsoft Ribbon and easy to expand drives within the interface. Making support of multiple customers easy
What do you dislike?
Network virtualisation in SCVMM. SCVMM itself uses an SQL backend and it polls each of the hosts. It fails to refresh hosts and VMs on occasions causing machines to lose their IPs. When using VLANs it works fine

Use VLANs and use the latest version of SCVMM. Not 2012

Free to use over VMware. Use standard VLANs with it though.
What do you like best?
The potential is great. Navigating within the system is pretty streamlined and simple.
What do you dislike?
The amount of setup and custom coding required to get to an actual fully functioning system is ridiculous. The promise was more than the delivery in the short term.

The previous system was outdated and no longer being updated. This system solved that problem.

A seamless solution for all Microsoft.
Integrated for microsoft. Automate datacenter task to reduce errors and increase speed using built-in orchestration and IT Service Management

Pricing and needs to be all microsoft products only

For large organization this may be valuable. Small organization or less skilled staff will be difficult to justify
