What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how SP improves the collaboration. Users are allowed to work on same projects and documents at the same time. The system keeps archive of the documents and it keeps the name of those who made the changes. The security system within the tool is easy to use and I like the fact that the things are secure and hidden to users. The process of uploading, sending and downloading documents is easy and smooth. We often use the task list to keep track of the projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The fact is that this system allows lot of customization without some program knowledge skills, but the thing is that I’m not Net specialist and this makes it difficult for me to create some options and solutions for solving the problems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool helps us to solve the problem with communication and collaboration. The departments can easily communicate and interact with each other by working on same projects and sharing files and ideas. We use the meeting work spaces to perform monthly meetings and to keep track of those meetings. We use the task list to keep track of the projects and to document each task.

What are the best aspects of this product?

SP allows us to share and post information for our employees and clients. They view and receive updates on for daily projects, meetings and reports. It is great tool when it comes to team building and collaboration between the staff member.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that this tool in last year requires more administration work. Also, it is not affordable for small businesses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Departments can share projects, files and documents with other staff and departments. We don’t feel the physical distances with this tool.

What are the best aspects of this product?

SharePoint offers great set of tools for improving the collaboration with teams. We can easily share files and documents. It offers real-time updates without using emails. I like that each version is well-updated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that when someone misses to check the file other users are in delay.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this software we are able to share files, have version control and to manage data integrity. One of the greatest benefits for us is that we don’t have to use multiple emails and other complex methods in order to do the job.

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of things that I like about SharePoint software: lots of functionalities, integration with Office 365, document/project/file sharing. I like that this tool is intuitive and easy to use, understandable and reliable software. It offers blogs and tasks lists functionalities and apps implementation as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that the online public website feature is not continued. Also, Office 365 doesn’t support the BLOB storage and it has limitation with databases, it is limited to 100GB. In addition, the online user license is expensive and it doesn’t allow customizations.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Organizing, arranging and sharing files has never been easier. SharePoint provides with real time collaboration and everyone within the team is allowed to edit documents. We can create folders for every department and we can even set permissions rights. We can easily share documents through the Sharepoint interface, we can add comments and track changes, and we can even display data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be a little expensive for small organizations, we need to spend money on implementation and planning of the site. Also, the thing that I don’t like is that we need to use Internet Explorer if we want to move documents.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SharePoint allows us to store and share data without using a server, we are more organized and we collaborate faster and more effective. This software is an important tool for our success.
