What do you like best?

Unfortunately, there isn't much I like about this software.

What do you dislike?

Searching for customers does not function well, even when spelled the same as saved customer accounts often do not come up in the search field. Processing orders is clunky, having to navigate multiple screens that do not clearly transfer information to other departments involved in the order process. For example, you have to override the address in one area, but if that changes along the way you have to change it in the original field and each sales line to ensure the final order prints correctly. Large orders of more than 100 pieces will often crash the program, or at best, only take 15 to 20 minutes to attach to an order.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you do multiple sales lines in an order, this is not for you. If your orders are simple you will do just fine.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We now use email to transfer all engraving details from the sales staff to the engraving staff. We cannot trust Dax to do this for us.

Unreliable, constant upgrades being done that disrupt business.

What do you dislike?

The process of updating a lead, selling a membership and then searching a lead is way too long and frustrating. There’s an update every week which then means the system is not accessible and there is no app which gives you the same

It is just like any. Other CRM but complicates the process of selling with too many buttons.

This tool, is like a team working at once in different departments, has artificial intelligence, accounts with the tools of office (Word, Excel, Power Point to be part of the pros for you and your team, with which you can make month-end closing, among others, gives you a global view of the market, advises you so you can improve your sales processes, billing and collection

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately I could not use the application because the plans are paid and does not give you the opportunity to see in depth all the tools it brings and the help it can provide for the forms and sales processes and anticipate trends to improve processes.

With this software, you can attack something very important as it is, time and money, you can solve your sales processes closely monitor and see all processes in real time, is a super complete application, practical, you can anticipate sales trends to build a good sales strategy

It’s honestly hard to think of something I like best...

What do you dislike?

Everything. It’s wonky, the UI is outdated and the least intuitive experience. Reporting is HORRIBLE. Stages are confusing. It’s so slow too.

Go to Salesforce. Don’t go to Dynamics.

It’s created more problems than it has solved. I miss Salesforce CRM terribly.

What do you like best?

The interface is farily simple, not a lot of bells and whistles to worry about. The categories are labeled properly so you can easily identify what is what. Keeps track of cleient histories.

What do you dislike?

This crashes all the time. The search function for a contact is extremely cluncky and does not always work properly. This software does not properly sync with third-party applications. My company will likely not use this product much longer.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would go with another proudct. Research some of the top CRMs out there, such as Salesforce or Hubspot and choose the one that integrates well with the other applications you use to run your business.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Database management is the main problem which we are solving with this software, although not very well. The benefit is having all of our clients' information in one place.
