What do you like best?
Easily identified services and generally accessible access.
Large initial storage given with putting photos on-line [hint]

Setting up individual servers and virtual networking can be complex, especially for smaller shops

The web apps work fairly well and help reduce PCI scope
What do you dislike?
Billing error caused production outage and took 2 hours to resolve.
Any production issue takes at least 12 hours to resolve.
28% VM failure rate in 7 months.
Frequent failovers of Azure SQL that require app and deploys to be resilient to 60s outages.
Terrible documentation on anything but the simplest solution.
Incompetent first and second tier support.
Beta rollouts of new features that broke base functionality and took 7 days to resolve because support isn't aware of beta rollout that breaks existing functionality.
CLI, API, ARM, and PS all have different gaps and quirks.

What do you like best?
They had a cool looking UI and the fact that they directly integrate with Visual Studio made development and deployment a smooth and easy things.
What do you dislike?
They dont support customer service you need to pay additional charges just to get support. Additionally after a month of using the Azure server Microsoft decided to update there system which caused Sql server to crash ended up changing over to AWS server much better support.

Ease of ingress
I also like the flexibility as well as support.

Nothing. This is a best in class product with equal comparison to aws

1 Low adoption in industries.
2 No aggressive marketing plan from MS
3 Developers choose Heroku, Amazon more than Azure.
4 Azure developers are only considered for Redmond jobs not in local market.
